Minimum Requirements
- Open source projects must be established for at least 3 months with active monthly commits
- Alternatively, open source projects with more than 100 stars on GitHub
- For websites, a minimum of 100 unique visitors per month
- Student applicants must verify with an educational (.edu) email address
